BOMs Away - RSC/PBJ April

YOU GUYS. Guess what? I think I'm almost done with this one!

I only made these three blocks (orange for Patterns by Jen, yellowish for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge), but then I made some more of the alternating blocks. And then I started putting blocks together.

And then I put these with the ones I have, and I think...mostly based on the fact that I'm nearly out of the light grey...I only need four more (full) blocks!

So I made all the alternate blocks for four blocks, and even added in the two leftover color blocks. Which means I only have THREE AND A HALF more to finish! That's just 14 color blocks!

And I have an extra Sunday this month, so it's entirely possible that I could have all the blocks finished this month! Considering I don't even remember if I started this in 2013 or 2014 (but I'm leaning toward the former), that's a nice realization.

I mean, don't get too excited, y'all. I still have to sash everything together before it's a top, and tops tend to linger on the to be quilted pile. But still... It's almost a milestone.

So did anyone else work on their BOM? Or a project broken into {slightly} more manageable monthly pieces? Link up here or at What a Hoot!
