WiP - Two Months Worth

So, yeah...two months since a work-in-progress post. Spring break, sick, IEP meetings, field trips, sick, training and...life...just got to be too much for a bit. I'm going to the longarm rental once this week, and to school twice, and it still feels like a light week!

I've gotten things done - not a lot, but some. Most of the finished posts are up, but here's a quick summary...

Made a t-shirt quilt top - getting it quilted on Wednesday! Also finished T-shirt Quilt One & T-shirt Quilt Two.

The second one to be quilted this week - Flying Four baby version for the Dude's teacher. Last day of school is Friday. No biggie. I've got this. Also, I edited two other Porch Swing Quilts patterns - 4√2 and Chain of Fours.

My leader/ender project is mostly finished! All the blocks are done, and I'm slowly putting together the rows. This is my OMG for June - I want to get this finished as a top. I have the borders all ready, so I just need to keep moving on it!

And as I finish up the above, I started cutting out my next project - a 40th birthday present for Lori. Lots of random fabrics that I hope will tie together.

Crud, I just realized I also made all the log cabin blocks leftover from my 2011 Summer Sampler, but I didn't take a real picture. There's some on Instagram. That will also hopefully be a finished top this month. Then I'm going to start measuring and evaluating the backing/leftover batting situation so when I get a chance to quilt, I have stuff ready!

So, that's where I'm at right now. Trying to get mentally prepared for summer sewing and the next round of training {70.3, no big deal} and everything else!
